Käyttöehdot – Verkkopalvelun ja portaalin käyttäjille (Legenda EC -palvelu)

Nämä käyttöehdot (“Ehdot”) koskevat verkkopalveluita ja portaaleja, jotka toimivat Legenda EC -palvelun (”Palvelu”) päällä ja joita tarjoaa Legenda Oy (“Legenda”, “me”).

Legenda Oy tuottaa palvelun SaaS (Software as a Service) -periaatteella asiakasyrityksilleen (“Legenda-asiakas”), jotka käyttävät palvelua oman liiketoimintansa osana, esimerkiksi verkkokauppojen tai asiakasportaaleiden toteuttamiseen.

Palveluun kirjautuva loppukäyttäjä (“Käyttäjä”) käyttää näin ollen Legenda Oy:n omistamaa ja hallinnoimaa palvelua, joka toimii asiakkaan verkkotunnuksen alla.

2. Palvelun sisältö

Legenda EC on toiminnanohjaus- ja verkkopalvelualusta, jonka avulla Legenda Oy:n asiakasyritykset voivat tarjota digitaalisia palveluita, kuten verkkokauppoja ja asiakasportaaleja.

Käyttäjät voivat palvelussa esimerkiksi:

  • rekisteröityä asiakkaiksi asiakasyrityksen palveluun,
  • tehdä tilauksia ja seurata niitä,
  • tarkastella omaa asiakastietoa ja laskutushistoriaa.

Palvelun tekninen toiminta, ylläpito, tietoturva ja datankäsittely tapahtuvat Legenda Oy:n hallinnoimassa pilviympäristössä.

3. Käyttäjän tunnistautuminen

  • Käyttäjä voi kirjautua palveluun Palveluntarjoajan (asiakasyrityksen) tarjoaman portaalin kautta.
  • Kirjautuminen voidaan toteuttaa Google-tunnistautumisella (“Sign in with Google”) tai muulla EC-järjestelmän tarjoamalla tunnistusmenetelmällä.
  • Käyttäjä on vastuussa tunnustensa säilyttämisestä ja niiden väärinkäytöstä.
  • Legenda Oy:llä on oikeus estää pääsy palveluun, jos käyttöehdot tai turvallisuusohjeet rikotaan.

4. Osapuolten roolit

  • Legenda Oy on palvelun omistaja, järjestelmänvalvoja ja tietojen käsittelystä vastaava taho (rekisterinpitäjä tai käsittelijä roolin mukaan).
  • Legenda Oy:n asiakasyritys toimii palvelun kaupallisena käyttöliittymänä ja voi hallinnoida omien asiakkaidensa (Käyttäjien) tietoja EC-alustan puitteissa.
  • Käyttäjä on luonnollinen henkilö, joka käyttää palvelua asioidakseen Legenda Oy:n asiakasyrityksen tarjoamissa digitaalisissa palveluissa.

5. Tietosuoja

Legenda Oy noudattaa EU:n yleistä tietosuoja-asetusta (GDPR) ja kansallista tietosuojalainsäädäntöä.

  • Käyttäjän henkilötietoja käsitellään palvelun toiminnan, asiakassuhteen ja kirjautumisen toteuttamiseksi.
  • Lisätietoja henkilötietojen käsittelystä löytyy Tietosuojaselosteesta (Privacy Policy).
  • Google-tunnistautuminen tapahtuu suojatun OAuth 2.0 -protokollan kautta.

6. Käyttöoikeus ja rajoitukset

  • Käyttäjällä on oikeus käyttää palvelua vain laillisiin ja palvelun tarkoituksen mukaisiin toimiin.
  • Käyttäjä ei saa:
    • häiritä palvelun toimintaa,
    • yrittää murtautua palvelun osiin,
    • käyttää palvelua tavalla, joka voi vahingoittaa muita käyttäjiä tai palvelun teknistä infrastruktuuria.

Legenda Oy pidättää oikeuden rajoittaa tai estää palvelun käyttö, jos ehtoja rikotaan.

7. Immateriaalioikeudet

Kaikki oikeudet Legenda EC -järjestelmään, sen ohjelmistoihin, tekniseen toteutukseen ja rakenteeseen kuuluvat Legenda Oy:lle.

Käyttäjällä ei ole oikeutta kopioida, jäljentää, muokata tai levittää palvelun sisältöä ilman Legenda Oy:n kirjallista lupaa.

8. Vastuunrajoitus

  • Legenda Oy tarjoaa palvelun “sellaisena kuin se on” (”as is”).
  • Legenda Oy ei takaa palvelun keskeytymätöntä tai virheetöntä toimintaa.
  • Legenda Oy ei vastaa epäsuorista tai välillisistä vahingoista, jotka johtuvat palvelun käytöstä, viivästyksistä tai teknisistä ongelmista.
  • Legenda Oy ei vastaa asiakasyrityksen palvelussa tarjottujen tuotteiden, sisältöjen tai kaupallisten ehtojen oikeellisuudesta.

9. Palvelun muutokset ja päättäminen

Legenda Oy:llä on oikeus:

  • muuttaa palvelun rakennetta, ominaisuuksia tai käyttöliittymää,
  • päivittää näitä käyttöehtoja,
  • lopettaa palvelun tai sen osan tarjoamisen perustellusta liiketoiminnallisesta tai teknisestä syystä.

Uusin versio käyttöehdoista julkaistaan aina EC-järjestelmän kirjautumis- tai käyttöliittymäsivuilla.

10. Sovellettava laki ja riitojen ratkaisu

Näihin käyttöehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia.

Mahdolliset erimielisyydet pyritään ensisijaisesti ratkaisemaan neuvotteluteitse.

Ellei sovintoa saavuteta, asia käsitellään Helsingin käräjäoikeudessa.

Terms of Service – Portal and Web Service Users (Legenda EC Platform)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of online services and customer portals that operate on the Legenda EC system (“Service”), owned and provided by Legenda Oy (“Legenda”, “we”, “us”).

Legenda Oy provides the Legenda EC platform as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to its client companies (“Legenda Clients”), who use it to offer their own digital services such as online stores and customer portals.

When you (“User”) access or use a service that operates on the Legenda EC platform, you are using a service technically and contractually provided by Legenda Oy, even if it is hosted under a Legenda Client’s domain.

2. Description of the Service

Legenda EC is an enterprise management and e-commerce platform that allows Legenda Clients to provide digital business services to their own customers.

Through the Service, Users may:

  • create and manage customer accounts,
  • place and track orders,
  • view account information, invoices, or other business data, depending on the configuration of the client’s service.

All functionality and data processing occur within the secure cloud environment operated by Legenda Oy.

3. User Authentication

  • Users access the service through portals or websites provided by Legenda Clients.
  • Authentication may occur via Google Sign-In (“Sign in with Google”) or other methods supported by the EC platform.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Legenda Oy reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if the Terms or security guidelines are violated.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Legenda Oy is the owner and operator of the EC platform and is responsible for the technical operation, data security, and processing of personal data.
  • Legenda Clients use the Service to deliver their own digital business offerings to end users through the EC platform.
  • Users interact with the client’s web portal or store, which is powered by Legenda EC, but all technical and backend services are provided by Legenda Oy.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Legenda Oy complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection laws.

  • Personal data is processed to provide authentication, account functionality, and secure access to the Service.

  • Google Sign-In uses the secure OAuth 2.0 protocol to ensure safe authentication.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

  • use the Service only for lawful purposes,
  • refrain from disrupting or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service,
  • avoid any activity that may harm other users, the client’s services, or the platform infrastructure.

Legenda Oy may suspend or terminate access if the Service is misused or security is compromised.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the Legenda EC platform, including software, structure, and design, belong to Legenda Oy.

Users have no right to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Service or its content without prior written consent from Legenda Oy.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
  • Legenda Oy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
  • Legenda Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use, delay, or unavailability of the Service.
  • Legenda Oy is not responsible for any content, products, or commercial terms offered by its Clients within their own portals or stores.

9. Modifications and Termination

Legenda Oy reserves the right to:

  • update or modify the Service, its features, or interface,
  • amend these Terms of Service, or
  • discontinue the Service or part thereof for business or technical reasons.

The latest version of these Terms will always be available on the login or portal page of the EC system.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
